Well, Cybasic is pretty much for programing begginers. It takes a while to figure it out but they have little free courses that you download from some sites (don't really know which sites) that you can take to learn.
Experts at the C language can use it with ease. It makes very good games. I'm learning how to use it but it's so easy to learn, so, I give this a 7/10 for begginers and a 9/10 for experts at this language.
