A: NO, not as of now but when the modem comes out this is expected.

A: Not as of now but Cybiko may develop this feature soon enough.

Q: How do I make the batteries run longer?

A: Okay, first, you need to unscrew the 2 screws over the battery cover, then remove the batteries. Rub the contacts of the battery as well as the contacts in the Cybiko with a pencil eraser. This will de-oxidize your batteries and give them longer life!

Q: What is the difference between the old and new versions of Cybiko?

A: The older version Cybikos have a on/off switch on the side and only have 512 KB of memory, the newer versions turn on by holding the escape key and they have more memory, around 1 MB.

Q: How much memory does Cybiko have altogether?

A: Older version Cybikos have 512 KB, the newer version Cybikos have around 1 MB.

Q: How do I get CyBucks?

A: You can get them from participating in contests, and giving other people your code to buy a Cybiko.

Q: My Cybiko got an Error 35 or something, what should I do?

A: You should immediately call 1 (877) 4-CYBIKO and they will replace your Cybiko free of charge.

Q: I can't seem to find a Cybiko in my area, where can I find one?

A: Look in our Where To Buy section, it shows there.

Q: I want to chat with another friend, whats the farthest I can wirelessly chat?

A: The maximum is about 300 feet, or roughly 100 yards.
