Workout Planner
If you’re the type of person who likes to keep records of all your workouts to make sure you’ve done enough, Workout Planner is for you.  Either that or you can just remember if you ran a mile today.  

Workout Planner can store info for different types of workouts, how much they weighed (if applicable), the duration, and units (miles, sets, minutes, etc.).  Then you go back later on and check how much you worked out last week.  I think Workout Planner should only get a 5/10 because it’s not very convenient to put in your workout after every different workout you do.
